By accessing or using the ToursMatic website, mobile application, and CRM platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all agencies, agents, and users who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToursMatic provides a B2B travel CRM, itinerary builder, and quotation management tool for travel agencies and tour operators. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration & Agency Verification

To use the Service, you must register for an organizational account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your travel agency.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including actions taken by your invited agents.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of your business.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

• Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the free tier at any time.
• Paid Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be downgraded or suspended.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the client data, leads, and itineraries you input into ToursMatic. We do not sell your client data to third parties. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized advertisements to clients.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the ToursMatic mobile application or web backend.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToursMatic is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall ToursMatic, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India.
